Schaar Properties and their agency Group 22 brought me onboard to develop the copy for this novel concept: office space you buy, rather than lease. The client wanted an interest-building brochure that reflected the uniqueness of the property — a contemporary, beautiful commercial campus located steps from the beach with onsite showers and locker rooms, surfboard storage capacity, and small private offices with stunning views. The copy and tone had to capture the spirit of the beach-village setting while appealing to a the entrepreneur who prefers wearing wetsuits to business suits. The client was thrilled with the final piece, and contracted us to complete two additional brochures for similar properties.
